Church Choir invitation letter
Thank You Letter to Volunteer Choir Director – Christmas
Greetings in Christ!
On behalf of the entire congregation, I would like to take this opportunity to send a letter of thanks and appreciation to you for leading the choir in this year’s Christmas Musical.
For a leader, it is an extra responsibility as you select a musical you believe will be a blessing to people of all ages and walks of life. I know that it takes many hours of preparation and practice behind the scenes for such a wonderful presentation to be shared in what seems like a matter of moments! Thank You Letter to Christmas Choir Director
I wanted to take this opportunity to send this letter of appreciation and thanks to you for conducting the Christmas Musical once again this year!
It is amazing to see the wonderful impact the musical has on both our church and community as the Gospel of Jesus Christ is presented in musical form. While the spoken word is wonderful, there is just something powerful about singing joyfully about the coming of Christ to this earth over 2, 000 years ago. Thank you for sharing your time and talents on our sound board during the worship services here at (NAME OF CHURCH)!
Sometimes it might feel like being Sound Team Member at worship service is little like being an umpire in Baseball game. Why do say that? Because the best umpire in game is one that is not noticed! Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
I wanted to take this opportunity to send a letter of appreciation to all of you who minister instrumentally on our Worship Team here at (NAME OF CHURCH).
One of my favorite passages of scripture in the Bible is found in the Psalms and happens to be the 150th Psalm… the last one!

It is that time of year when families are coming home from vacations, and children and youth are going back to school in anticipation of a brand new start in a grade higher than last year.
I write briefly to send thanks on behalf of the congregation here at First Christian Church for your ministry in the Sanctuary Choir.
I realize that it takes a considerable amount of time and sacrifice to participate in this great ministry, yet I also know how rewarding it can be on a personal level, as well as the great blessing it is for the entire congregation. Logged in Members, CLICK HERE to view full text!
